Julie Long, M.Ed., BCBA

Julia Dibos, M.S., BCBA
Regional Director

Julie has worked in the field of ABA since 2008. Having worked for a variety of providers in South Carolina, she moved to Maryland to further her professional development as a Behavior Analyst. Wanting to bring high-quality ABA therapy back to her home state, Julie returned to South Carolina in July of 2015 and opened CBS. She received her degree of Bachelor of Science in Psychology from College of Charleston, and Master of Education (Curriculum and Instruction) from Arizona State University. Julie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Julia has worked with individuals with Autism in the ABA field since 2008. She is from Baltimore, Maryland and moved to Charleston in January 2016 to work for Carolina Behavioral Specialists. Julia received her BS in Criminology/Criminal Justice with a Minor in Special Education from University of Maryland, College Park (2011), and her Masters Degree from The Sage Colleges in Applied Behavioral Analysis (2014). Julia is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Shawna Adams, M.S., BCBA

Hannah Holley, M.A., BCBA
ABA Consultant

Shawna has worked in the field of ABA since 2014. She has had multiple experiences in a variety of settings to date. Shawna began working with children with ASD in the home, clinic, and school settings. Starting in her second year of graduate school, she began working with individuals through the child welfare system by teaching parenting behavior management classes as well as assisting with in-home behavior management for foster, adoptive, and biological families. Post-graduation, Shawna continued working in ASD services and child welfare services, as well as working with teens and adults with DD in the group home setting.  She received her degree of Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida State University, and her degree of Master of Psychology (with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis) from Florida State University. Shawna is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Hannah began working in the field of ABA in 2009, while attending the College of Charleston. After receiving her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from the College in 2012, she went on to receive a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2014. Hannah became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in 2013, and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2014. After taking a break from the field when her son was born in 2015, Hannah joined Carolina Behavioral Specialists in 2018. Hannah loves making a difference in the lives of the families she works with!





Nikki Allawas, RBT
Chief Administrative Officer

Nikki has worked as a line ABA therapist since 2009. She is currently completing her degree of Bachelor of Science and plans to pursue board certification as a BCaBA. Nikki is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and advanced line therapist.
